Iceland bound...

It's over for the summer. On the one hand, I'm sad about it. But on the other hand, it's been hard not to spend my days off outdoors. Today was the class finale potluck & I ate too much for today to be my first day of dieting. Maybe tomorrow.

No running today. I will take the dogs to the river, let them swim the heat away. I'll probably cook something on the barbie. Have I mentioned how blissful I find fridays? Heaven...
