Iceland bound...

I just went for a run, lasted 3 minutes the pain in my right knee so bad I had to turn around and limp home. i have more physio today but I'm in a bit of a freak out here because suddenly I can't even run at all. at least before, I was running with pain but now I'm not running at all.

wish me luck at phsyio. The pain had been in my hips and it's like he's pushed it around (like a bubble under wallpaper) but it hasn't been released yet. I really want to get back out there. this weekend is 29 kms!
